Operations Manager

Someone's going to walk into an empty space and turn it into a hub that runs like clockwork. We're looking for the person who can actually do that.NourishSmart is a wellness brand for Indian vegetarian families, still early, still being built. There's no playbook here yet. You write it.You'll be on the ground from day one of the fitout, figuring out how the space is organised, how people move through it, how food flows from receiving to dispatch without ever crossing itself. You'll document every process before it happens the first time, opening routines, storage, dispatch, cleaning, so by the time the first family is onboarded, the hub runs on a system, not on memory. You'll help hire the team, set up inventory from scratch, lock down vendor relationships, and make sure the hub is FSSAI-ready before anyone's asking questions.Once we're live, you run the floor. The morning briefing happens because you call it. Dispatch goes out on time because you built the system that makes it happen. Stock never runs short, quality never slips, and if a vendor sends something below standard, you're the one sending it back. You're the bridge between the kitchen and the nutrition team, and the founders' eyes on the ground, week over week.This isn't a role where you wait to be told what to do. We're building a brand and a business at the same time, and we need someone who can own operations end to end, not manage what already exists, build what doesn't yet.Who we're looking for: real operations experience, ideally in a kitchen, hospitality, or logistics-heavy environment where you've actually run the floor, not just observed it.
