Operations Manager

🏢 Industry: Hospitality / Co-Living / Student HousingWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties.Manage Property Managers and on-ground operational teams.Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and resident experience.Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility operations.Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.Coordinate with vendors and service providers and monitor service quality.Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, and team performance.Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.Work closely with sales and other departments to support occupancy and business goals.Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Hospitality, Co-Living, Student Housing, Hotels, or Facility Operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in managing multiple properties or locations will be preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Salary Package : 7-9LPA
