Come join a workplace where your ideas are heard, valued, and implemented.What You Will Do:Keep House of Rasa alive with workshops, community gatherings, product experiences, bar take-overs, industry talks & networking sessions — never a passive showroomBuild House of Rasa as the area's community base camp for baristas, bartenders, café/restaurant owners, F&B entrepreneurs, students & hospitality schoolsDevelop local partnerships with brands, cafés & restaurants, universities, communities, equipment brands & industry associationsEnsure every HOR activity builds brand & product awareness for RASA GroupOwn facility readiness — equipment, venue scheduling, maintenance & manpowerEnable local commercial activities by coordinating customer visits, product demonstrations, trials, meetings and other HOR-based sales supportTrack HOR activities, visitors, partnerships and commercial opportunities to continuously improve programming and local relevanceWho We're Looking For:Hospitality or hotel operations background strongly preferredExperience running a venue, showroom or experience center with recurring programmingStrong community-building, events and partnership-development skillsComfortable balancing operations, partnerships and on-ground sales supportA natural connector within the local F&B & hospitality ecosystemWhat You Will Get:Accelerated growth & plenty of development opportunitiesDemanding & Supportive environmentA place where your innovative, out-of-the-box ideas are heard, valued and implemented
