Role: Operations ManagerLocation: LondonType: Hybrid | Full-time | PermanentSalary: Up to £65,000Fast-Growth Premium Consumer Brand | High-Growth EnvironmentLT Talent have partnered with a fast-growing, founder-led premium consumer brand looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to take ownership of its operations as the business enters its next stage of growth.This is a broad, hands-on role spanning supply chain, production, fulfilment, logistics, inventory and commercial operations across both D2C and B2B channels.For the right person, there is genuine scope to grow with the business and progress towards Head of Operations / COO as the brand scales.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to build the operational infrastructure needed to support continued growth.Owning production planning, inventory and supply chain managementScaling production in line with forecasted demandManaging and optimising D2C and B2B fulfilment and logisticsSupporting the operational rollout of new retail, wholesale and B2B partnershipsManaging COGS, costs and cash-flow considerations from an operational perspectiveSupporting expansion into new markets and sales channelsIdentifying and implementing technology and AI-led efficienciesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years’ experience within D2C/eCommerce operationsExposure to both D2C and B2B/wholesale operationsExperience supporting a fast-growing consumer brandStrong understanding of production planning, supply chain and inventoryHands-on experience across fulfilment and logisticsCommercial understanding of COGS, margins and cash flowComfortable working with platforms such as Shopify and ExcelThe OpportunityThis is ideal for someone who wants more than a narrowly defined operations role.You’ll join a growing brand at an exciting stage, work closely with its founders and have the autonomy to build, improve and scale the operational function.There is significant opportunity to increase your responsibility as the business grows, with a potential pathway towards Head of Operations / COO.Interested?
