The company’s success is driven by its commitment to quality programs, continuous professional development, and personalized guest experiences.Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of PBI-managed tennis programs in the region, ensuring smooth delivery of services and alignment with PBI standards. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, monitoring program performance, and supporting on-site professionals with operational guidance and resources. The role will manage stakeholder relationships with facility owners and managers, assist with budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance with contractual and service-level agreements. The Operations Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support recruitment and onboarding of tennis professionals, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in operations management, workflow coordination, and process optimization.Experience with staff supervision, team leadership, and performance monitoring.Strong abilities in stakeholder management, client communication, and relationship building.Competence in basic budgeting, reporting, and use of productivity and scheduling tools.Background in hospitality, sports management, or leisure services is highly beneficial.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with international teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in managing operations within resorts, clubs, or similar service-oriented environments is a plus.
