🚨 NOW HIRING: Operations Manager | Merchant Services / PaymentsWe’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing merchant services organization and lead day-to-day operations across merchant onboarding, servicing, and support.This is a great opportunity for a hands-on operational leader who understands the payments industry, retail ISO/MSP model, acquiring operations, and merchant processing.What you’ll do:• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations Team• Oversee merchant onboarding, boarding, maintenance, and support• Manage operations across Fiserv, TSYS, and other acquiring platforms• Partner with Sales, Risk, Underwriting, and Compliance• Improve processes, workflows, and SOPs• Monitor KPIs and service levels• Manage escalations and strengthen processor/sponsor bank relationships• Ensure compliance with card brand and sponsor bank requirementsWhat we’re looking for:✔️ 5+ years of merchant services/payments experience✔️ 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience✔️ Strong knowledge of acquiring, merchant boarding, underwriting, and payment processing✔️ Experience with Fiserv and TSYS preferred✔️ Strong understanding of the retail ISO/MSP business model✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills✔️ Sponsor bank, payment gateway, PCI, interchange, or risk management experience is a plus📍 Location: Doral💰 Compensation: 70-90k + benefitsIf you’re a payments professional ready to take ownership of operations and make an impact, I’d love to connect!
