This role oversees end-to-end operations for Duva’s apparel line, including inventory management, production scheduling, and coordination with suppliers and manufacturers. The manager will monitor stock levels, track orders, and ensure timely replenishment of core and seasonal collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, optimizing logistics and fulfillment processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, and customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales and operations data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for all clothing-related products.Qualifications Experience in clothing or apparel operations, including production planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination.Strong skills in logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to streamline fulfillment and distribution processes.Proficiency with inventory and order management systems; comfort using spreadsheets and data tools to analyze performance.Ability to collaborate with design, marketing, and customer support teams to align operations with brand and customer needs.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to document processes and provide updates to stakeholders.Prior experience in the fitness, athleisure, or luxury apparel industry is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak demand.
