This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh includes managing schedules, workflows, and resource allocation, coordinating with medical and administrative teams, and monitoring adherence to clinical and operational policies. The role involves analyzing operational performance, optimizing processes, managing vendors and supplies, and supporting budgeting and cost-control activities. The Operations Manager will handle escalated issues, support quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to strategic planning and implementation across the clinic.Qualifications Strong operational management and healthcare administration skills, including clinic workflow optimization and resource planning.Proficiency in process improvement, performance monitoring, and use of data and KPIs to drive operational decisions.Effective leadership and people management abilities, including team coordination, coaching, and conflict resolution.Solid communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration with medical staff, patients, and external partners.Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor management in a clinical or healthcare setting.Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.Previous experience in operations management within clinics, hospitals, or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.Proficiency with clinic management systems and standard office software; familiarity with KSA healthcare regulations is a plus.
