The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.Responsibilities:End to end Operations Management of all the Visa Application Center (VAC) in his jurisdictionDelivery of all the SLA’s of the missionProcess compliance on speed , accuracy and financial parametersDaily operations and business reportingConnect with the mission and performance reviewEnsure profitability of the Visa Application Center ops by Value Added Services upsellMaintenance and upkeep of all VAC’s as per the audit compliance normsPeople managementCandidates should know either of the language - French/Spanish/Arabic (basic level would work)
