Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s overall operations, ensuring effective coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance* Lead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions* Develop and improve operational processes and procedures* Monitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planning* Track sales performance and operational KPIs* Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacity* Manage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards* Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions* Lead and develop teams while ensuring achievement of business objectives* Prepare operational reports and performance updates for senior managementRequirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field* 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a related role* Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and operations* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense, or related sectors is preferred* Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes* Fluent in Arabic and English
