Operations Manager

Role: Operations ManagerLocation: ManilaEducation: Any GraduateKey Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end mortgage loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting support, processing, closing, post-closing, servicing, and default management. Lead and develop high-performing teams, ensuring productivity, engagement, and achievement of operational KPIs. Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies to enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround times.Oversee loan servicing activities, loss mitigation, foreclosure processes, and default servicing operations.Analyze operational metrics, portfolio performance, and risk trends to support business decisions and continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, compliance teams, auditors, and business leaders to achieve business objectives.Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and organizational policies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Mortgage Operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Mortgage Originations, Underwriting, Loan Processing, Closing, Servicing, and Default Management.Experience managing large operational teams and driving performance improvement. Strong understanding of mortgage regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Mortgage Servicing Platforms.Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or Transformation initiatives. Exposure to Global Banking Operations and Shared Services environments.Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
