Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s overall operations, ensuring effective coordination across Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functions.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performanceLead and coordinate Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing functionsDevelop and improve operational processes and proceduresMonitor inventory, procurement, distribution, and demand planningTrack sales performance and operational KPIsCoordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacityManage suppliers and ensure quality, cost, and delivery standardsIdentify operational challenges and implement effective solutionsLead and develop teams while ensuring achievement of business objectivesPrepare operational reports and performance updates for senior managementRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related fieldPrevious experience in Retail Sales and Marketing.5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a related role Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and operations Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience in retail, FMCG, Oud & Incense, or related sectors is preferred Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, sales, and operational processes Fluent in Arabic and English
