Operations / Production Manager Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | RELY Industries LLC RELY Industries LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations / Production Manager to lead our end-to-end manufacturing, production, and site installation operations in Riyadh.This is a key leadership position for a hands-on professional with strong experience across Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Furniture Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, Exhibition Booths & Stands, Signage, and project-based manufacturing environments.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, capacity utilization, quality, HSE, cost control, workforce productivity, site installation performance, and on-time project delivery, while building a high-performance operations organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day factory production and site installation operations, ensuring efficient execution from manufacturing through delivery, installation, and project completion.Develop and implement production plans and schedules aligned with project requirements, priorities, capacity, site requirements, and delivery commitments.Coordinate the complete operational workflow across Joinery, Furniture, Metal Fabrication, CNC, Painting/Finishing, Assembly, Signage, Exhibition Booths & Stands, Fit-Out, and Site Installation, as applicable.Ensure seamless coordination between Production, Production Planning, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, Maintenance, Logistics, Design/Engineering, and Site teams.Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, production capacity, materials, and factory resources.Plan and optimize manpower deployment across both factory and site installation activities based on project requirements and workload.Monitor production and site progress and proactively address bottlenecks, delays, material shortages, rework, quality issues, manpower constraints, and capacity limitations.Establish and monitor KPIs covering productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, wastage, rework, quality, HSE, cost, schedule adherence, installation productivity, and on-time delivery.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, manufacturing lead times, and site installation performance.Ensure production and installation activities comply with applicable HSE, quality, operational, technical, and company standards.Control manufacturing and installation costs through effective management of labour, materials, wastage, overtime, subcontracting, logistics, and operational overheads.Ensure timely coordination of factory dispatch, logistics, site readiness, installation manpower, tools, equipment, and materials to support project execution.Establish appropriate production and installation standards, work instructions, quality controls, and accountability across factory and site operations.Lead, develop, and manage production managers/supervisors, engineers, technicians, skilled workers, installation teams, and operational support functions.Provide management with regular reports and analysis covering production, productivity, capacity, quality, HSE, site installation, costs, risks, and overall operational performance. Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 7 years of progressive experience in production, manufacturing, or operations, including at least 3 years in a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent leadership role.Proven experience within interior fit-out, joinery, exhibition booth and stand manufacturing, signages, metal fabrication, furniture manufacturing, or other project-based manufacturing environments.Demonstrated expertise in production planning and scheduling, manpower optimization, capacity planning, quality management, productivity improvement, site installation coordination, and on-time project delivery.Proven ability to lead and coordinate HSE, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, Site Installation, and other operational support functions to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools, with the ability to prepare and analyze production, productivity, capacity, quality, cost, site installation, and operational performance reports.Strong people leadership and operational management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, cost optimization, quality, HSE performance, installation performance, and delivery performance.What Will Make You Stand Out?Experience managing large-scale joinery, furniture, metal fabrication, signage, exhibition booth, and fit-out production operations.Strong understanding of CNC operations, woodworking, metal fabrication, painting/finishing, furniture manufacturing, signage production, booth/stand fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.Proven experience managing factory-to-site operations, including production, dispatch, logistics, site readiness, installation, snagging, and handover.Proven track record of reducing production costs, wastage, rework, installation delays, and manufacturing lead times.Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Strong understanding of project-based manufacturing, where projects have varying designs, specifications, quantities, deadlines, and site requirements.Experience integrating Production Planning, Project Management, Supply Chain, Factory Operations, Logistics, and Site Installation.Ability to establish and improve operational systems and processes within a growing organization.Engineering or Industrial Engineering background is preferred.Why Join RELY Industries?At RELY Industries, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in building a high-performance end-to-end operations function covering factory manufacturing and site execution.You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams and have a direct impact on factory productivity, site installation performance, project delivery, operational efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability.If you are a hands-on Operations / Production leader who can build systems, lead people, improve productivity, control costs, manage factory and site operations, and consistently deliver projects, we want to hear from you.๐ฉ Apply now and or send your resume to our recruitment team at recruitment@rely-ksa.com
