Operations Manager

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A STRONG F&B OPERATIONAL LEADER.As KAIZEN GROUP continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team and take a key leadership role in our Bali and Makassar operations.📍 Based in Bali and MakassarThis role is for someone who understands that great restaurant operations are not only about keeping things running — but about building strong teams, maintaining discipline, controlling costs, improving performance, and consistently delivering a great customer experience.We are looking for a hands-on operational leader who can take ownership and make things happen.You may be the right fit if you:• Have 5+ years of solid experience in F&B operations, including a managerial leadership role• Have managed high-volume restaurant operations and large teams• Understand both Front of House and Back of House operations• Have strong knowledge of food cost, inventory, waste, labor cost and operational P&L• Are experienced in implementing SOPs, audits, KPIs and performance controls• Can identify operational problems and turn them into clear action plans• Are comfortable making decisions and holding teams accountable• Know how to develop Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and operational teams• Are highly disciplined, detail-oriented and data-driven• Have multi-outlet experience — a strong advantage• Have good English communication skills• Are willing to be based in Bali or MakassarWhat we value most:Ownership.
