F/F Entertainment Group is poised to transform Indonesia’s hospitality scene through trailblazing concepts and a passionate team dedicated to redefining entertainment and guest experiences.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across Festive Fields Entertainment venues. This role coordinates staffing schedules, supervises front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensures service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met. The Operations Manager monitors inventory, manages vendor relationships, and supports cost control initiatives to maintain operational efficiency and profitability. The role also involves implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and collaborating with management and creative teams to support events, promotions, and overall brand experience. The Operations Manager provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with F/F’s values.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across kitchen, bar, floor, and securityEnsure consistent service quality and resolve guest issues liveManage staffing levels, shift readiness, and role assignmentsPrepare operational plans for activations, events, and peak nightsEnforce SOPs for service, hygiene, safety, and cash handlingOversee security, crowd control, and incident handlingControl labor cost, waste, breakage, and operational lossesBuild guest relationships and drive footfall through outreachReport daily status, incidents, and post-night debriefs to the GMRequirementsPassionate about hospitality, nightlife, and delivering great guest experiencesProven experience managing F&B, bar, or nightlife operationsStrong leadership across diverse operational teamsSharp on cost discipline, SOP enforcement, and cash controlsCalm and decisive in resolving issues and incidents in real timeComfortable in a fast-paced, evening-oriented environmentPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection process.
