The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day investment operations, including improving processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across investment, finance, and administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing key operational projects, supporting investor requests, maintaining documentation and operational policies, and collaborating with leadership to implement best practices. The role will also involve monitoring operational metrics, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvements in systems, tools, and communication channels to support Corner’s growth in the AI economy.QualificationsStrong operations and project management capabilities, including experience organizing workflows, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.Financial and business acumen, with the ability to understand investment firm dynamics and performance metrics.Process improvement skills, including designing and refining operational procedures, implementing tools, and optimizing efficiency for investors and partners.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise documentation and collaborate with investors and stakeholders.Comfort with technology and data tools, including collaboration platforms and analytics to track and report on operations.Ability to work independently and in a team setting, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with discretion.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years experience in Operations at an Asset Manager, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Financial Services firm strongly preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment focused on the AI economy.
