Operations Manager

Mail Boxes Etc. is seeking an experienced full-time Operations Manager to lead our Camana Bay and Harbour Walk locations, with responsibility for operations, business performance, team leadership and service excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee daily operations across Camana Bay & Harbour Walk locationsLead, coach and develop staffManage sales, profitability and operational expensesImplement sales and marketing initiativesDrive revenue growth, customer retention and business developmentMaintain high service and operational standards.REQUIREMENTS10+ years' Operations and/or Sales leadership experience;Proven team management and business performance responsibilityUniversity/College degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fieldStrong commercial, leadership and communication skillsMicrosoft Excel and POS/invoicing/reporting systems proficiency Spanish an advantage Must have valid drivers license & car Able to work 45 hours per week; Must be willing to work on Saturdays.SALARY & BENEFITSCI$3,600 - $4,200 per month + discretionary performance bonus.3 weeks' annual vacation, health insurance and pension.Suitably qualified Caymanians and Caymanian Status Holders are encouraged to apply.APPLY BY WEDNESDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2026Send CV & cover letter: jobs@mbe.ky | Apply in person: 10 Market Street, Camana Bay
