Operations Manager

Hamat Holding Company is a leading company in commercial real estate and shopping mall management in Saudi Arabia, specializing in developing and managing retail and commercial destinations.We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee daily mall operations, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, tenant compliance, service quality, and an exceptional customer experience. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams, tenants, service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily mall operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, security, tenant compliance, and high service standards.Oversee maintenance, cleaning, security, housekeeping, and other third-party operational contracts, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, mall standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.Coordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Leasing, Tenant Relations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other internal teams to deliver operational and business plans.Manage and monitor service providers and operational teams to ensure performance, contract compliance, and effective resource utilization.Ensure tenants comply with mall operational, branding, and service standards, while supporting the resolution of tenant issues and complaints.Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and efficient mall operations.Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing mall positioning, competitiveness, customer experience, and overall operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in mall operations, facility/property management, or retail.Proven experience managing operational teams, contractors, and service providers.Strong knowledge of mall operations, tenant coordination, safety, maintenance, and customer experience.Strong leadership, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
