Operations ManagerBlacksand – Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRole PurposeTo serve as the primary on-site landlord representative, ensuring disciplined daily operations, visible landlord presence, structured tenant engagement, and consistent asset presentation standards.The role ensures that retail operations are professionally governed at site level while remaining fully aligned with central Asset Operations governance (technical, commercial, and financial).This position represents the operational authority of the landlord on-site and ensures that tenant performance, customer experience, and asset integrity are protected through structured execution.Asset ContextRetail-led mixed-use community asset with:Active trading tenants (Retail & F&B)High footfall environmentExtended trading hours (evenings & weekends)Ongoing coordination with development for phased deliveryThe asset requires continuous landlord visibility, disciplined IFM governance, and structured tenant lifecycle management.Experience & Qualifications7–12 years’ experience in retail mall management or high-footfall mixed-use environmentsProven experience supervising outsourced FM providersExperience in tenant coordination and retail trading environmentsKnowledge of mall operations, F&B trading requirements, and community retail dynamicsStrong understanding of SLA/KPI-based contractor managementBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)Core CompetenciesFluent in Arabic and English (mandatory for tenant and authority interaction)Strong on-site leadership presenceOperational discipline & attention to detailStructured governance mindsetCalm under pressureCommercial awareness in retail environmentsStrong interpersonal & conflict resolution skillsAbility to work extended trading hours when requiredWorking ModelShift-based coverage aligned with trading hoursWeekend presence requiredEvening coverage during F&B peak periodsVisible landlord presence during eventsTo apply, please complete the application form using the link below:https://forms.gle/zNuZHj1wEznPQVKd7
