Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Support the Deputy Director in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of operating theatre resources.Facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions and planning sessions to enhance theatre utilization, case flow, and operational excellence.Maintain and analyze operational dashboards, translating insights into actionable workplans and timely issue escalation.Assist in optimizing inventory management by reviewing SKU and par levels, and improving operational procedures within the operating theatre.Coordinate and track major operational development initiatives, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders for effective submissions and project milestones.

Requirements
