Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis luxury beauty and wellness brand is preparing for a significant operational shift, the 2026 rollout of a new ERP system that will reshape how the business runs. This is a permanent Operations Manager role for someone who wants to build the process, not just follow it. You would join at the point where the groundwork gets laid, with real scope to shape how the system works before it goes live.Your New RoleOwn end-to-end order fulfilment, linking customers, warehouses and shipping partnersOversee warehouse operations and 3PL relationships across the UK and USCoordinate global distribution, imports and exports, getting incoterms and shipping documentation rightLead the CIN7 implementation, working with developers and 3PL on configuration, testing and optimal set-upManage customer service through Gorgias, resolving issues before they become problemsHandle purchase orders and supplier relationships, balancing cost against quality and serviceProduce operational reports in Excel that actually drive decisionsSupport customer onboarding and cross-departmental projects as they ariseYour TalentsYou’ve worked in operations before, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, wellness or FMCG, and you know how to make an impact quickly. You understand incoterms (International Commercial Terms), BOMs and SKU management well enough to coordinate a product’s journey from component to customer. Experience with CIN7 or a similar ERP system would put you ahead, but a strong interest in systems and process improvement matters just as much. Above all, you’re proactive: someone who spots the gap in a process and fixes it without waiting to be asked. Why ApplyYou would lead a project with real long-term consequences for the business, not a task handed down from someone else’s plan. The chance to shape an ERP implementation from the ground up rarely comes with this much ownership attached. You’d work closely with developers, 3PL partners and multiple internal teams, building a breadth of operational experience that’s hard to get anywhere else.
