Our team of more than 700 employees serves over 175,000 apartment homes each night.We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage the people, service quality, and client relationships within an assigned district. If you've supervised hourly teams, handled call-offs, coached employees, and stepped in to get the job done, your experience could translate well to CCS.This is an opportunity to move into broader responsibility across multiple communities with a growing, founder-led company.Understand the role and scheduleThis position combines evening field leadership with daytime recruiting, administrative work, and client communication.Peak operating hours are 6 p.m. to midnight. Evening and weekend availability is essential. Service operates seven days a week across our communities.You will regularly travel between properties to support employees, inspect service, and resolve issues. Travel to neighboring markets may also be required.You are responsible for arranging coverage when employees call off or fail to arrive. When other coverage options are exhausted, you must personally cover the route.The fieldwork is physical. It includes extended walking, repeated stair climbing, carrying bagged trash, and working outdoors.Daytime flexibility depends on completing your responsibilities and meeting operational needs. Recruiting, payroll, client communication, and team support still require daytime attention.Service or staffing issues may require work beyond typical operating hours. This role requires full-time commitment and cannot be performed alongside another full-time job.What you'll doBuild and support a dependable teamRecruit, hire, onboard, and train part-time trash collection employees.Set clear expectations for attendance, safety, service quality, and communication.Coach employees, recognize strong performance, and address issues promptly.Build backup coverage plans and keep staffing needs ahead of service demand.Own nightly service executionConfirm staffing and respond quickly to call-offs, no-shows, and service interruptions.Visit communities, conduct employee and service audits, and follow through on corrections.Help employees troubleshoot onsite issues and personally assist with collection when needed.Ensure employees have the safety equipment, supplies, and app access needed to do their jobs.Manage client relationships and district administrationCommunicate professionally with property managers and follow through on concerns.Maintain accurate payroll, service reports, and employee documentation.Use company systems to track service, review documentation, and identify recurring problems.Coordinate new community launches, including staffing, equipment distribution, and resident information.Experience that translates wellWe welcome candidates with experience supervising hourly or part-time employees in:Valet trash or other field servicesCommercial cleaning or janitorial operationsSecurity operationsParking or valet servicesHotels or housekeepingRestaurants or quick-service operationsStaffing or branch operationsApartment maintenanceExperience handling scheduling, attendance issues, employee coaching, and customer concerns is especially valuable.
