Operations Manager

About UsYamanote Atelier, a leading Japanese-inspired artisanal bakery and café concept in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our multi-unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across all outlets and business units.* Manage retail, catering, central kitchen, and franchise operations.* Drive operational KPIs, sales performance, cost control, manpower productivity, and service standards.* Oversee central kitchen production, inventory, food safety, and operational efficiency.* Lead catering operations, logistics, and event/B2B service execution.* Support franchise standards, new store openings, menu rollouts, and expansion projects.* Conduct operational audits and implement process improvements and corrective actions.* Lead, develop, and motivate managers and operational teams.* Manage manpower planning, training, recruitment, and performance management.* Work closely with Culinary, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP, quality, and safety standards.* Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of F&B operations leadership experience, preferably with multi-unit responsibility.* Strong experience in catering, central kitchen, and franchise operations.* Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, inventory, and cost control.* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.* Good knowledge of UAE F&B operations and market standards.* Bakery, café, or Japanese concept experience is an advantage.
