Yousco Holiday Homes continues to grow its portfolio of exceptional properties, offering a refined approach to holiday living.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across Yousco Holiday Homes’ portfolio. This full-time, on-site role in UAE involves coordinating property readiness, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to maintain consistent standards of comfort and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily property operations, ensuring properties are ready for guest arrivals.Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.Monitor reservations and occupancy, supporting smooth check-in and check-out experiences.Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality.Supervise, train, and support team members.Handle operational issues and guest concerns promptly and professionally.Develop and improve procedures to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.Track key performance indicators and report operational results to leadership.Support compliance with applicable local regulations and company standards.Assist with budget management and cost control.QualificationsStrong operations management skills, including planning, coordination, and process improvement in hospitality or property management.Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, performance management, and training.Proficiency in property management or booking systems and basic office software, including spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage guest expectations and resolve issues effectively.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.Knowledge of hospitality operations in Dubai or the wider UAE, including relevant local regulations and best practices.Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on-site and be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.Salary & BenefitsMonthly salary of AED 3,000–5,000, depending on experience and qualifications.Company-provided accommodation.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to finance@youscorentacar.com with the subject line “Operations Manager Application.”
