The Operations Manager oversees daily operations across Food & Beverage and Valet Parking projects, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to standards, and effective resource allocation. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role involves tracking key performance indicators, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, addressing operational issues in real time, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager also contributes to budgeting, cost control, and compliance with local regulations while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsAbility to manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization.Experience in the Food & Beverage and/or service sectors, ideally including valet or hospitality operations.Strong skills in planning, organization, and time management to handle multiple projects and priorities.Proficiency in performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to drive operational improvements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and basic financial principles related to operations.Familiarity with operational policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.Comfort with using office software and operational tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling systems, dashboards).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in an operations or management role, ideally within a growing or multi-site organization.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, adapt to a fast-paced environmentWhat we're looking for8+ years in restaurant operations, with at least 3 years managing multiple unitsProven P&L ownership and a track record of improving marginsStrong leadership presence — you build teams, not just manage shiftsData-driven: comfortable with POS reporting, labor scheduling tools, and cost analysisBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fieldFluent in Arabic and EnglishGCC market experience preferred
