The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high-quality standards of food and service, manage staff, monitor inventory, and implement company policies. The role includes developing employee skills, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Experience in restaurant operations and staff managementStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle inventory management and schedulingProficiency in implementing and maintaining company policiesProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plusExperience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
