Location: Ajman, United Arab EmiratesOrganizational Unit Purpose:The Operations function at Du Blé Pastry Bakery ensures the smooth and efficient running of daily bakery operations, from production coordination to timely customer deliveries.

It connects the kitchen, sales, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain product quality, service consistency, and operational efficiency. The function manages staffing, resources, delivery schedules, and stock availability while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. It also supports business growth by improving processes, controlling costs, and ensuring customer orders, corporate catering, and events are executed accurately and professionally.Main ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Oversee daily business activities, staff schedules, and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of orders.Logistics and Deliveries: Manage drivers’ schedules, delivery routes, vehicle readiness, and dispatch activities to ensure products reach customers on time and in excellent condition.Team Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen, sales, and inventory teams to align production plans with customer orders, catering commitments, events, and stock availability.Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, purchasing requirements, supplier deliveries, and product wastage to prevent shortages, control expenses, and maintain accurate inventory records.Quality and Performance: Maintain food safety, hygiene, and service standards; resolve operational and customer issues; train staff; and track performance to identify improvements.Main RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Proven operations management experience within F&B companies, preferably in a bakery, pastry, catering, or food production environment.Strong experience managing logistics, delivery operations, drivers’ schedules, and staff rosters.Sound knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, cost control, and food safety and hygiene practices.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferSalary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications and performance)Employment VisaMedical InsuranceAir Ticket Allowance upon contract renewalSpecial overtime opportunitiesTimely salary paymentsAll benefits as per UAE Labor LawA supportive, understanding, and growth-oriented work environment
