Operations Manager

Position: Operations ManagerIndustry: Scaffolding / Access Solutions / Construction SupportSeniority: ManagerialWe are hiring Operations Manager – Scaffolding to lead and oversee all scaffolding operations across multiple Oil & Gas and industrial projects. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and efficient resource management across all project sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all scaffolding operations, including planning, execution strategies, and resource management across multiple projectsEnsure compliance with international safety standards (OSHA, BS EN) and manage scaffolding for shutdowns, maintenance, and construction activitiesManage, mentor, and develop scaffolding teams while ensuring workforce competency, certification, and disciplineCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing progress updates and resolving operational issuesMaintain strict HSE compliance and ensure high-quality, safe execution of all scaffolding activities

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)Minimum 12 years of scaffolding experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership roleProven experience in Oil & Gas shutdowns, maintenance, and industrial construction projectsValid UAE Driving LicenseStrong leadership, communication, and project management skills
