Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGERLocation: UAE Based (HQ) | Full TimeAbout the RoleThis is a senior operations role for someone who has spent over a decade in theindustry and knows exactly how things get built, printed, fabricated, and delivered ontime. You will be the technical and operational backbone of the business, supportingproject teams from bid stage through to on-ground execution.You will report into senior leadership and work closely with departments across thebusiness to ensure our operational standards, processes, and output are consistentlyat the level our clients expect.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day to day operations across F15Works' service linesincluding events, exhibitions, fit-out, large format print production, andfabrication
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across operational functions to ensureconsistency, quality, and efficiency
• Provide comprehensive technical input and data for bids and proposals,ensuring all technical specifications and scope definitions are accurate andcompetitive
• Prepare and review BOQs in collaboration with the commercials andprocurement teams
• Manage and coordinate procurement and vendor relationships, ensuring theright suppliers are engaged at the right cost and quality level
• Coordinate with internal teams across design, production, logistics, and projectmanagement to keep operations aligned and on track
• Identify operational risks early and put in place the right mitigation measures
• Drive continuous improvement across workflows, resource planning, andproduction processes
• Support the leadership team with operational reporting, capacity planning, andresource allocationWhat We Are Looking For
• 10 to 15 years of hands on experience in events, large format print production,fabrication, exhibitions, or fit-out
• Deep technical knowledge across production processes, materials, andconstruction methodologies used in the industry
• Strong understanding of all core service lines including events operations,exhibition builds, fit-out, print production, and fabrication
• Proven experience developing and enforcing SOPs in a fast-paced productionenvironment
• Solid procurement and vendor management experience with the ability toassess capability, negotiate terms, and maintain performance standards
• Demonstrated ability to prepare or support detailed BOQs and translatetechnical scope into accurate cost inputs
• Experience working at a head office or group-level operations function
• A reputation for being technically sound, detail oriented, and solutions focusedunder pressure
