Operations Manager

BCP HOLDING GROUP is looking for a hands-on, highly organized Operations Manager to lead multi-site F&B operations and drive operational excellence across the business.The ideal candidate has proven experience in opening 12+ F&B stores, managing multiple locations, building and expanding teams, and creating scalable operational systems.Key Responsibilities* Drive operational excellence across all locations, ensuring strong standards in service, quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.* Lead new store openings from pre-opening planning through launch and post-opening stabilization.* Manage and improve FOH & BOH operations, working closely with chefs and kitchen teams.* Have strong practical BOH and food knowledge, including recipes, food quality, portion control, food costing, yield, waste, and kitchen workflow.* Recruit, build, train, and develop high-performing operational teams.* Manage managers and supervisors, ensuring accountability and strong performance.* Develop and implement SOPs, systems, KPIs, and operational processes that can scale across multiple locations.* Monitor P&L, labor cost, food cost, inventory, wastage, and operational budgets.* Conduct regular operational audits and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.* Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, health & safety, and operational requirements.Requirements* Proven F&B Operations Management experience.* Experience opening 12+ F&B stores is essential.* Strong multi-site operations and operational excellence experience.* Strong BOH, kitchen, and food knowledge.* Proven ability to recruit, build, and scale teams.* Strong financial and commercial understanding, including P&L and cost control.* Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.* UAE/GCC F&B experience strongly preferred.* Ability to work hands-on across all Emirates.* UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
