🚨 We’re Hiring | Operations Manager – Malls📍 Location: Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia / Dammam - Al AhsaWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Malls to oversee the safe, efficient, and seamless day-to-day operations of a shopping mall.The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across Facilities Management, Security, Housekeeping, Parking, outsourced service providers, and operational compliance, while maintaining a high-quality experience for tenants, customers, and visitors.🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily mall operations and ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, fire & life safety, elevators, and escalators.
• Lead security operations, emergency preparedness, and incident response.
• Manage outsourced service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with tenants on fit-outs, renovations, and operational issues.
• Oversee parking and traffic operations.
• Monitor operational budgets, cost control, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, fire, Civil Defense, and regulatory requirements.
• Support major events, promotions, and high-footfall periods.🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in mall operations, facilities management, or large commercial/mixed-use properties.
• Hands-on experience managing facilities, security, housekeeping, parking, and outsourced services.
• Strong experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers in high-footfall environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, compliance, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and tenant relationship management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are desirable.
• Flexibility to support operational requirements, including weekends and holidays.
