We’re Hiring Operations ManagerPosition Operations ManagerLocation Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaA leading hospitality and F&B organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-unit or large-scale operations and drive performance, consistency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities· Oversee the operational performance of assigned restaurants, outlets, or business units.· Develop and implement operational standards, procedures, and performance controls.· Monitor revenue, profitability, labor cost, food cost, productivity, and operational KPIs.· Lead restaurant managers and support the development of high-performing teams.· Ensure consistent service quality, food standards, brand compliance, and guest experience.· Identify operational gaps and implement practical improvement plans.· Support new openings, expansion projects, and operational readiness when required.· Work closely with finance, HR, procurement, marketing, culinary, and senior management teams.Candidate Requirements· Minimum 10 years of relevant hospitality or F&B experience, including senior operational responsibility.· Previous experience in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates , Qatar, or another established hospitality market.· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.· Experience with premium restaurant groups, luxury hotels, international brands, or high-volume F&B operations.· Proven multi-unit or large-scale operational management experience.· Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, cost control, workforce productivity, and performance analysis.· Excellent leadership, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.· Clear career progression, professional stability, and a strong record of measurable results.How to applyTo apply, please complete the application form: https://forms.gle/czXZ5Ct5vCvEjuMA8
