Operations Manager

You will oversee Production, Planning, Purchasing,Logistics and Service while building a culture of ownership, continuous improvement andoperational excellence.What we are looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, machine building, or in a technicalindustrial environment.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, KPIs, and operational budgets.
• Fluent in German and English.What you will deliver:
