This position requires a high level of critical thinking and deep understanding of the industry we support. The candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and can support an ever-changing industry. As a member of the team, you will report directly to the Director of Operations. The candidate will need to work shifting schedules, ranging from 8:00PM at the earliest or 10:00PM at the latest, from Monday to Friday and follow the holiday schedule of the country of the supported project while still receiving compensation for Philippine holidays.Job duties include, but are not limited to:Operations Management: Driving of retention initiatives and working closely with Process Excellence and requirement to avoid disruptions in OperationsDay-to-day management of operations and related issues impacting operationsRegular cadence of performance reporting to Director of OperationsMonitor, measure, report, and analyze data to identify trends and gaps in performance or processResponsible for the Performance Management of the Team Leaders within the role's scopeMonitor and take action on any issues related to the Timekeeping system of Team Leaders within the role's scopeAnalyzing of Operations processes and providing improvement recommendations to Director of OperationsEnsuring all company-required training sessions are completed in partnership with the Training teamWorks closely with Training & Quality to ensure processes are documented and SOPs are updatedProvides support to Director of Operations in deployment, implementation, and monitoring of Operations strategiesTeam Development: Manage, lead, and inspire supported teams, ensuring they regularly meet or exceed performance targetsResponsible for Team Leader development and mentoringMonitoring of resources' to assess developmental needs to improve performanceHold regular team meetings with direct reports in compliance with the governance framework Conducting of Triad-Coaching sessions with Team Leaders to identify strengths, gaps, and work on overall improvementStakeholder Management: 2nd level of escalation for internal and external stakeholdersConducting regular performance reviews with onshore stakeholdersPartners with onshore stakeholders on improving KPI and SLA complianceCandidates must meet the following requirements:3 to 5+ years experience in Operations Management or 6+ years of Lead experience in OperationsExcellent problem-solving skills and analysis skills with strong business acumenStrong People Management and Stakeholder management skillsExcellent Planning, Organizing, and Execution skillsStrong English-speaking skills.Keen on working with targets and meeting deadlines.College graduate.Sound like a match?
