☕️ WE’RE HIRING — OPERATIONS MANAGER ☕️Something pretty exciting is happening at Roost Coffee House…We’re opening our second site in Soham this November — and it’s going to be around 5x the size of our original coffee house, with around 60 covers and a brand-new breakfast, brunch & lunch menu alongside all the pastries, cakes, bakes and toasted sandwiches our customers love</strong>. 🥐🍰☕️We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join us from mid-October and help us build this next chapter of Roost.💷 £35,000–£40,000⏰ 40 hours per week📍 Soham, Cambridgeshire🚀 Second site + potential national expansionYou’ll work closely with us as owners and have a genuine opportunity to shape the future of Roost.Your role will include:

• Leading and developing our teams
• Recruitment, training & rotas
• Stock, suppliers & operations
• Food safety & health & safety
• Customer experience & standards
• KPIs, sales & profitability
• Helping launch our new Soham site
• Developing our menu
• Events & community
• Developing supervisors and future managers
