About the jobKey Responsibilities1. Business Development & Key AccountsIdentify, approach, and secure contracts with key accountsBuild long-term partnerships and ensure account exclusivityNegotiate commercial terms and increase monthly collection volumesHandle client retention, complaints, and expansion opportunitiesRepresent the company professionally in all external engagements 2. Operations & Field ManagementOversee daily operations across all routes and driversEnsure on-time collections and efficient route executionTrack volumes vs targets vs historical performanceMonitor loading, unloading, and field executionEnsure zero leakage, theft, or operational inefficienciesManage real-time field communication and issue escalation 3. Driver & Team ManagementManage drivers, storekeepers, and field teamsEnforce discipline, attendance, and company policiesMonitor performance, productivity, and behaviorSupervise through reporting tools (logs, photos, WhatsApp groups, etc.)Ensure high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and accountability 4. Scheduling & Route OptimizationPrepare and manage daily and weekly collection schedulesOptimize routes based on:Historical dataCollection volumesWarehouse capacityControl fuel usage and operational costs 5. Warehouse & Inventory ControlSupervise warehouse and storage operationsMaintain accurate inventory records (incoming, storage, dispatch)Monitor tanks and bulk storage levelsEnsure zero stock loss, leakage, or manipulation 6. Quality ControlEnsure all collected material meets company quality standardsInspect incoming materials and reject non-compliant loadsCoordinate with management on supplier performance and penalties 7. KPI Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report daily and monthly:Collection volumesDriver productivityKey account performanceInventory movementMissed pickups and delaysCompare performance (daily, weekly, historical)Identify gaps and take immediate corrective actions 8. Fraud Monitoring & ControlMonitor operations for irregularities or suspicious activityEnsure strict control systems to prevent loss or manipulationFlag and escalate issues immediatelySupport management in loss prevention and audits 9. Execution & Management Follow-UpExecute management instructions with urgency and precisionFollow up on:HiringLogisticsProcurementEnsure full task closure (execution, not just reporting)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–7 years of experience (in Kuwait) in project management, operations management, logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or related industries.Ability to work in a high-pressure, field-based role (up to 12 hours/day) 6 days per week.Proven experience managing:Drivers and field teamsOperations and routesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Must be available 24/7 to respond to operational requirements, emergencies, and business-critical issues as needed.Fluent in Arabic, English, and Hindi/Urdu.Valid driving license in Kuwait.
