Operations Manager

Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across designated business units within Al Wazzan Group. This role includes planning and coordinating workflows, monitoring performance against operational targets, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Operations Manager will supervise teams, manage resource allocation, ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations, and collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategies and reporting. The role also involves coordinating with finance, HR, and other support functions, managing vendor and partner relationships, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs. The Operations Manager will be expected to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting the group’s growth objectives.Qualifications Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional collaboration within complex or multi-business environments.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of productivity tools or ERP systems to support decision-making.Solid understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control practices in an operational context.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Relevant experience in operations or management roles, preferably within diversified groups or sectors such as automotive, retail, real estate, or services.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Kuwait City and adapt to changing business needs.Knowledge of regional regulations and compliance requirements in Kuwait and the GCC is
