Operations Manager – Family Entertainment Center (FEC)We are seeking an experienced FEC Operations Manager who has managed a venue’s day-to-day operations and understands its financial performance in detail. The successful candidate will help assess locations, build operating budgets, improve revenue, and deliver a safe and engaging guest experience.Key responsibilitiesOversee attractions, guest services, ticketing, parties, staffing, maintenance, and safety.Build and manage a detailed operating budget covering rent, payroll, maintenance, software, utilities, marketing, and other venue costs. Contribute to construction and fit-out budgets for new locations.Evaluate potential locations using footfall, catchment area, accessibility, competition, rental terms, space requirements, and projected returns. Present recommendations to leadership.Track tickets sold, ticket prices, party and group bookings, average spend, revenue by category, and seasonal demand. Use these figures to improve pricing, promotions, staffing, and capacity planning.Prepare monthly profit and loss reports, forecasts, and practical recommendations to improve profitability.Lead staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure attractions meet safety and service standards.RequirementsProven operations management experience in a family entertainment center, indoor activity park, trampoline park, or comparable leisure venue.Direct responsibility for venue budgets, revenue reporting, and operating costs.Experience contributing to location selection or a new venue launch.Ability to explain the commercial performance of venues previously managed, using figures the candidate is authorized to share.Strong leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
