Experience: 5–6 YearsQualification: PostgraduateJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Operations Manager to manage daily operations, staff performance, vendor/airline relationships, and customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and MIS/reporting skills, along with experience in the travel industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor staff performance, productivity, and overall team effectiveness.Maintain strong and professional relationships with airlines, vendors, and other business partners.Conduct regular training sessions to ensure employees follow required customer service standards and operational procedures.Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution with a strong service-oriented approach.Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational reports, and management updates.Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, including professional email and letter drafting.Coordinate with internal departments, airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining service quality.Be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays, whenever required by business operations.Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.Requirements5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel, airline, or hospitality industry.Postgraduate qualification preferred.Strong knowledge of CRS systems and travel operations; minimum 2 CRS knowledge is required.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Strong skills in letter/email drafting and MIS preparation.Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.Strong vendor and airline relationship-management skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Immediate joiners will be preferred.Preferred Candidate ProfileA proactive, responsible, and service-oriented professional with strong operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support business requirements, including weekends and public holidays.
