Operations Manager (F&B) – Flat White Specialty Coffee | Doha, QatarFlat White Specialty Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our multi-branch café operations in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experienceDrive sales performance, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership)Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teamsEnsure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulationsOptimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions

Requirements

Proven experience in F&B operations management (multi-unit experience preferred)Strong leadership and team management skillsSolid understanding of P&L, COGS, and operational KPIsPassion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentGCC experience is an advantage
