About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee café operations, lead teams, improve performance, control costs, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1-Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.2-Manage branch performance and lead operational teams to achieve targets.3-Develop and improve operational procedures and service standards.4-Monitor sales, costs, inventory, waste, and overall operational performance.5-Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.6-Lead, develop, and motivate teams to maximize productivity and performance.7-Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational and business objectives.8-Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

1-Minimum 5 years of experience in café or restaurant operations.2-Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.3-Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs.4-Excellent leadership and people-management skills.5-Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.6-Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
