We are Hiring: Operations Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 📍At Modex Solution, we turn brand visions into reality through industrial precision, high-velocity engineering, and turnkey site rollouts from high-spec signage networks and architectural cladding to large-scale retail environments.As our operations and industrial footprint continue to expand across the Kingdom, we are seeking an exceptional, hands-on, and strategic Operations Manager to take full command of our operational value chain.The Role:Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will bridge heavy industrial manufacturing discipline with agile, multi-site rollout execution across Saudi Arabia.What You Will Lead:

• Industrial & Factory Excellence: Steer multi-trade production lines (sheet metal fabrication, CNC routing, acrylic/LED illumination, powder coating, and ACP cladding) while championing Lean manufacturing principles (5S, line balancing, scrap reduction).
• Multi-Site Rollout Execution: Direct project management, logistics, and site installation teams across concurrent projects to guarantee zero-snag, on-time delivery.
• Cost Engineering & Margin Integrity: Champion Design-to-Cost (DTC) and Value Engineering (VE) from prototype development through to final handover.
• Operational Governance: Enforce rigorous standard operating procedures (SOPs) and robust ERP-driven production workflows across estimation, procurement, and dispatch. Who We Are Looking For:
• Proven Experience: 10–15+ years of operational leadership experience (with at least 5 years at executive/director level) within industrial signage, architectural facades/cladding, or large-scale commercial fit-outs.
• Technical Mastery: Deep technical command of multi-trade manufacturing processes, engineering conversion, and high-risk site operations.
• Executive Execution: A decisive, safety-first leader who operates seamlessly from the shop floor to the executive boardroom.
