Team members in Restaurant Operations and Corporate Support help advance the mission established by the founders, contributing to a brand recognized around the world.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure consistent delivery of Good Food Fast® and excellent guest service. The Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, manages inventory and ordering, and maintains compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Responsibilities include coaching and developing Associates, supporting internal promotion pathways, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace. The role also involves handling customer concerns, coordinating with regional leadership, and implementing company initiatives to drive profitability and long-term growth.Qualifications Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including shift management, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of frontline teams.Skills in team leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and talent development, with a focus on promoting from within.Ability to manage inventory, ordering, cost control, and basic financial reporting to support operational efficiency and profitability.Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations in a high-volume restaurant environment.Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills to build positive relationships with guests and Associates.Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation, including flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Prior experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant management is preferred; experience in a brand with a strong service culture is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
