The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple branches, ensuring that workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational policies, and service standards are consistently implemented across all locations.The role includes managing branch performance, coordinating staffing and schedules, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. The Operations Manager is responsible for identifying operational issues, conducting root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement across the branches.The Operations Manager will also monitor operational costs, inventory consumption, waste, product usage, labor efficiency, and cost variances, while working closely with the Finance Department to provide accurate operational data and reports that support financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and profitability.The role requires regular preparation and analysis of operational reports, including branch performance, sales, KPIs, waste, inventory, labor, cost, and variance reports. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing, Quality, and other departments to optimize resources, improve processes, support business objectives, and maintain consistent operational standards across all branches.The role also involves enforcing company policies, health and safety standards, quality requirements, and food safety procedures, while maintaining a safe, professional, and customer-focused working environment.QualificationsStrong experience in operations management, multi-branch operations, planning, and organizational management, preferably within the coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.Proven experience in developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple branches.Strong experience in setting, monitoring, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective action plans based on performance results.Experience in branch performance management, sales analysis, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.Practical experience in monitoring and controlling operational costs, COGS, food & beverage costs, labor costs, inventory consumption, waste, and cost variances.Ability to prepare and analyze waste, inventory, cost, sales, labor, KPI, and operational performance reports, and provide accurate data to support the Finance Department.Strong understanding of cost control, waste reduction, inventory management, resource optimization, and profitability improvement.Experience in team leadership, staff scheduling, performance management, coaching, and developing branch managers and on-site teams.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, root-cause analysis, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple branches, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.Strong communication and coordination skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting/data analysis tools.Knowledge of food safety, health, safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to food & beverage operations.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated reliability, accountability, leadership, and ability to work on-site in Al Khobar on a full-time basis.
