Team members join a growing organization with opportunities to contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement in the financial services sector.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day trading operations and support functions. The role includes managing workflows and processes to ensure timely trade execution, accurate reporting, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The Operations Manager will coordinate with trading, risk, compliance, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues, optimize systems, and improve service delivery. The position also involves monitoring operational performance metrics, implementing process enhancements, managing documentation and controls, and supporting onboarding and training for operations staff.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in operations management within financial services, brokerage, or trading environments.Strong understanding of multi-asset products, online trading platforms, and trade life cycle processes.Proficiency in process improvement, workflow optimization, and setting operational standards and procedures.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret operational data and performance metrics.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to SCA-approved brokers and global markets.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and staffing.Comfort with technology and trading systems; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with back-office platforms are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.Prior experience working in Dubai or regional financial markets is beneficial; fluency in English required, additional languages are an asset.
