EF ZIN GROUP provides bespoke services at villas, yachts, showrooms, and other venues, bringing all necessary equipment to transform each location into an exceptional event space.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees end-to-end operational planning and execution for events, including resource allocation, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-the-day management. The Operations Manager will streamline workflows, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure that all services, equipment, and personnel are aligned with client requirements and event timelines. Daily responsibilities include supervising operational staff, maintaining quality standards, resolving issues in real time, and collaborating with the events and culinary teams to deliver smooth, high-impact experiences. The role also involves monitoring performance, optimizing processes, and reporting on operational metrics to leadership.Qualifications Strong operations and logistics management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization.Experience in event operations or hospitality management, with the ability to coordinate vendors, staff, and equipment on-site.Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and basic financial tracking for events and projects.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners.Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, performance guidance, and conflict resolution.Comfort with using digital tools such as project management software, scheduling applications, and standard office productivity tools.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Event Management) or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of the Dubai events and hospitality landscape is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
