Team members are encouraged to help carry forward the founders’ mission of hospitality, service, and growth.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area. This role oversees daily restaurant operations across one or more locations, including staff scheduling, shift supervision, and ensuring consistent execution of Waffle House service and food quality standards. The Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, manages inventory and ordering, and ensures compliance with safety, health, and company policies. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and developing Associates, promoting a positive culture and supporting internal career growth. The role also involves responding to Customer feedback, resolving operational issues promptly, supporting sales and profitability goals, and coordinating with regional leadership on initiatives and reporting.Qualifications Experience in multi-unit or high-volume restaurant or hospitality operations, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.Proficiency in staff scheduling, performance management, and training to develop team members and support promotion from within.Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and on-site operational compliance, including inventory control and cost management.Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to support sales, quality, and efficiency.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build a supportive work environment.Comfort working in a 24/7 hospitality setting, including flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Prior leadership experience in restaurant operations or a related field; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or management is beneficial.
