We’re building the founding team at ORAA, and it starts with an Operations Manager.If you’ve run a fitness or wellness club in the UAE and want to shape one from the ground up, we’d like to hear from you.ORAA is a private women’s members’ club in Dubai, bringing movement, recovery, beauty, nourishment and connection under one roof. As our first Operations Manager, you’ll set how the club runs and the standard members feel the moment they walk in.What you’ll do— Lead daily operations across fitness, studios, recovery and hospitality— Build, schedule and manage the team: trainers, front of house and support staff— Own the member experience, from first visit to long-term retention— Create the SOPs, service standards, health & safety and hygiene processes from day one— Manage budgets, suppliers, maintenance and facility readiness— Work directly with the founder on growth, programming and membershipWhat you bring— Operations management experience in the fitness or wellness industry in the UAE— A background in premium gyms, boutique studios, wellness clubs or luxury hospitality— Working knowledge of UAE operating requirements and the local market— A hands-on leadership style and a sharp eye for detail— Experience with membership, booking and reporting systems— Pre-opening or club launch experience is a strong plusWhy join nowYou won’t inherit someone else’s playbook.
