This role includes managing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client and organizational objectives. The Operations Manager will implement and refine operational processes, support project execution, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Additional responsibilities include resource planning, vendor and stakeholder coordination, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.QualificationsStrong operations management and process improvement skills, with experience in workflow optimization and performance monitoring.Proficiency in project coordination and resource planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.Solid people management and leadership abilities, with experience supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Knowledge of workforce solutions, manpower supply, or logistics operations is highly beneficial.Familiarity with using business software and tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project management or ERP systems).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.Proven experience in an operations or management role, preferably within consulting, HR services, logistics, or related industries in the region.Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, adapt to a multicultural environment, and uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.
