Operations Manager

I'm hiring an operations manager. The role is fully remote.I need one person to own the daily running of things so nothing slips.What you'll do- Track every client's deliverables each week and chase anything that's behind- Manage contributors: onboarding, assigning work, checking quality and processing payouts- Keep our trackers up to date so anyone can see where things stand- Write and maintain SOPs for repeated tasks- Send me a status update every week, and some clients too- Find what's broken in a process and fix it before it turns into a fireWho this suits- You have 2+ years in operations or project management at an agency or startup- You're very good with Google Sheets (lookups, filters and pivot tables at minimum)- You write short, clear updates- You'd rather fix a messy process than work around itType: Full-time, remote
